Version 3.5.0.0
Latest
-
FeatureCalculations now follow your shift
start time from Keka
- New Count Early Clock In setting. When it is off, time worked before your shift starts is not counted towards your effective hours, and your checkout time is counted from the shift start
- Heads up: this setting is off by default, so if you usually clock in early, your effective hours and checkout time may change. Turn it on in Settings if your company counts early time
-
FeatureLate clock-in warning on the Home tab
- If your first clock-in of the day is after your shift start, it is shown in orange with a warning icon. Hover over it to see how late you were and that you may be penalized under your attendance policy
- New Allow Clock In Flexibility and Clock In Flexibility Minutes settings give you a grace period after your shift start
- A late arrival request applied for today (pending or approved) automatically extends the grace period
- When you clock in on time, your clock-in and clock-out times are shown in green
- ImprovementPlan tab now uses your shift start time, leaving out early time that doesn't count and warning you when a planned clock-in would be late
- ImprovementWhen an update adds new settings, the extension now opens on the Settings tab once and lists what's new, so you can review them before continuing
- ImprovementNew users now see a one-time note explaining that the extension is not officially affiliated with Keka and that its values may differ from Keka's. The same note appears when you hover over the monthly average on Home
- ImprovementThe error screen now reminds you to make sure you're logged in to your Keka account
- FixThe monthly average on Home now turns orange as intended when it is below your full shift but still above your monthly minimum (it previously showed red)
Version 3.4.1.0
-
FixImproved accuracy of the monthly
average calculation
- Full-day leaves are now correctly left out of your monthly average, matching how Keka leaves them out of payroll
- This also covers a first-half and second-half leave taken separately on the same day, since together they add up to a full day off
Version 3.4.0.0
-
FeatureAdded Cover Negative Variance for
days when your monthly hours are
behind target
- The extension can now show a recovery checkout time that includes your current monthly shortfall
- Checkout time is capped at 11:59 PM for same-day clarity
